- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely disappointed in Allen dental and their lack of customer service. The front desk receptionist was very rude to me. They won't make time for me for an emergency. My front tooth crown was knocked out and completely broken and I need a new crown and they won't make time to squeeze me in for over a week. I'm embarrassed with only a stub showing on my front tooth and was told by Dr allen on Friday that they could for sure get me in and make me a new crown on Monday. However, when calling on Monday they stated they were full and can't see me for over a week. I can't believe they lied to me and the front desk girl was very rude on the phone. DO NOT GO TO ALLEN DENTAL! They are money hungry and extremely over priced. For the amount they have charged me, I deserve to be treated with respect and not rude to me! From $1600 a crown you would think they would fit me in! How would they feel with a stub on their front tooth for over a week!?
